Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only.
After this period, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, Chicora does not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, color, or model selected

Items no longer needed

Items found elsewhere at a different price
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Valid Exceptions (Strictly Limited)
Replacements or refunds are considered only for verified cases of:

Wrong item received

Item damaged during transit

Defective or non-functional product

Missing parts upon arrival
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include:

Clear photo or video evidence

Name and email used at checkout
⚠️ Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the 7-day window will not be approved.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For approved returns involving oversized or heavy items such as furniture or rugs:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Any return sent without prior authorization will be refused
Chicora does not provide prepaid return labels.
Resolution Process

A replacement will be offered first when available

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
Chicora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.
